Catalyst Growth was born out of frustration. Our founders, Alex Martinez and Sarah Kim, had spent years watching companies waste millions on growth strategies that sounded good in theory but failed in practice. Traditional agencies promised the world but delivered mediocre results. Consultants charged premium rates for PowerPoint decks that gathered dust.
There had to be a better way.
